Cari-Trans Support Group Jamaica (CTSG JA) is the only Transmasculine-led organization in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. We exist to create safe, affirming, and empowering spaces for Trans men, Transmasculine, and Nonbinary people. Through peer-led support, advocacy, and direct assistance, we challenge invisibility and create pathways for survival, joy, and growth.

Cari-Trans Support Group Jamaica Hub was founded in 2023 by a trans men for trans masculine and gender-diverse folks. They, through their lived experiences, recognized the need for increased visibility, peer-led support groups, safe spaces, gender-affirming care, and accessible mental health resources in our community.
The Hub House was always a floating dream until we made a breakthrough that could change many lives in late 2025. That gave us the push we needed to start the Hub House. After Hurricane Melissa, the need became even more devastating. This initiative is a subprogram of CTSG JA and gives us the space we need to create lasting change that is safe and affirming for trans and gender-diverse folks in the Caribbean.

Our team is made up of passionate, young, resilient individuals with lived experience as trans and gender-diverse people in Jamaica. We bring diverse backgrounds, skills, and perspectives to create safe, affirming spaces for our community.

We collaborate with organizations and allies who share our commitment to safety, dignity, and empowerment for trans and gender-diverse people. Through these partnerships, we provide housing, advocacy, peer-to-peer support group sessions, safe spaces, and essential services to those who need them most.
Our partners include:

He also sits on the Board of UCTRANS as Vice Chair, Committee member for Just Future Collaborative, and a member of the Binational Feminist Network for Racial Justice. Lastly, he was recently invited to join the Board of Directors for CariFlags.
Glynn-Devon is passionate about raising awareness in Jamaica's challenging, homophobic, and transphobic environment. He initiated two impactful programs before CTSG: Trans-Q Fitness (a community fitness space designed specifically around the needs of LGBTIQ+ persons) and GBETRY JA (a trans-owned business providing chest binders and a range of products for gender-diverse persons). Glynn-Devon brings lived experience and a radical force of resilience that continues to help pave the way to visibility and safety for trans folks in the Caribbean.
